At The Lab, we offer open-format, Hatha-based yoga classes that integrate a variety of styles including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Bhakti, Alignment-Based, and Restorative Yoga. This unique blend creates a well-rounded practice designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
Our All Levels Yoga and Intermediate Yoga classes are carefully structured to build toward peak postures, focused muscle actions, and even heat-building, sweat-inducing flows.
Every class closes with a calming sequence to unwind the body and mind, followed by a restorative Savasana, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and energized.

In our All Levels classes, you will slowly warm up the body and keep building to more dynamic postures and movements.
Instructors will give step-by-step instructions so that all practitioners feel included and like they can progress at their own pace.
New students will feel supported, while seasoned yogis will feel challenged and have the space to grow.

Our 60-minute power classes artfully build endurance and peace of mind using traditional Hatha Vinyasa yoga combined with modern strength and mobility techniques.
By focusing on muscle groups neglected by traditional yoga, we are able to heal areas of stress and find new pathways to progress in our practice.
Using props not only as tools of ease but also as ways to deepen we will find new inventive ways to test our body and breath.

Intermediate classes at the Lab will follow the same structure as All Levels classes, but teachers will spend more time working into more advanced postures like inversions, arm balances and deep backbends.
Teachers will make all practitioners feel welcome even in the most advanced postures by giving them props and modifications that include every level of student.

Immerse yourself in a serene and mindful practice with an intentionally slower-paced class. A combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga, aimed at helping both beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of yoga with breath work, philosophy, and movement.
Designed to balance strength and flexibility, each pose is held for longer, allowing for deeper stretches and a more profound connection between your breath and body.

In our breathwork class, you can expect a journey that will renew the connection between your mind, body and spirit.
Each month, we work through the same sequence and theme, allowing students to improve and explore as they become more confident with the breathing techniques.
Pranayama, or what the western world knows as “breathwork”, is the yogic practice of breath regulation that can help improve respiratory function, decrease stress, regulate the nervous system and help people achieve higher states of consciousness.
Show up in loose, comfortable clothing - journaling is welcome.
