Join us for a long weekend escape where you’ll wake up to birdsong and end your day under the stars.
Each day offers two yoga practices— including energizing flows, immersive sound baths, and specialized inversion workshops paired with grounding morning meditations— for a fully embodied experience.
Between sessions, nourish yourself with locally sourced meals, wander Saugatuck and Douglas' vibrant art scenes, sip local wine and cider, or unwind with a sunset on our private beach. Whether you're here to build strength or reconnect with nature, this retreat is your space to reset and recharge as we savor the final weekend of summer.
